| Escape Property Owners Association Combination Board of Directors/Membership Meeting May 23, 2009 Call to order by President Bob Brennan at 10:00 am Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: Celine Cichinsky, Treasurer Nancy Lemin, Secretary Vickie Boch, President Bob Brennan,Jeff Kirkpatrick, Vice President John Machanics, Mike Bertadotti, Len Jardon & Manager Luana Olpp Minutes: the minutes of General membership meeting of August 30, 2008 were read by Vickie Boch. Motion to accept as read by Nancy Lemin and 2nd by Mike Bertadotti. Motion carried. Vote 8 for 0 opposed. Minutes of March 14, 2009 Board of Directors meeting were read by Vickie Boch. Motion to accept as read by Celine Cichinsky and 2nd by Len Jardon. Motion accepted. Vote 7 for 1 Abstained. Treasurer's Report: Report by Treasurer Nancy Lemin. See attached. Motion to accept as read by Mike Bertadotti and 2nd by Vickie Boch. Motion accepted. Manager's report: Copies available at meeting. Question from Lot 602. Bob went over to try and explain it to him. Much discussion was had.' Committee Reports: Dock: Report by committee chair Bob Brennan. Bob spoke of the docks, they are in. New Hardware has been installed on some of the docks. All boats must have current EPOA stickers. Architectural: Report by Chair Len Jardon. Spoke about keeping culverts clean. Finance: No report Community Watch: Report by Celine Cichinsky. Still do not know who damaged the docks. Report was turned into insurance co. Grievance/Appeals: Report by committee chair John Machanics. He read all to the Board. Motion asked to accept the committees recommendations. All accepted. See attached. Recreation/Social Club: Report by Vickie Boch. See attached. Old Business: Long Court Well. Problem seems to be resolved. Equalization Tank: Bob went over where we are with this. KK Consultants: Nothing new from her now. AG: Still waiting for more information. Landlords: Still waiting for closure on this issue. New Business: Roads: Tar & chip bids. Bids have gone out for this. One was received so far. Swimming pools: Bob went over the schedule of the pools. Each will be open 5 days per week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Southernton pool will be closed Tues. & Thurs. the Marina pool will be closed Mon. & Wed. Everyone needs to have a badge or visitors pass to enter the pool. General Discussion: Lot M103-Patterson on discoloration of water. It was explained to her. Asked how many members were on the board. Answer was 9.
